General Purpose Polystyrene:

General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) - is the product of styrene monomer polymerization by way of suspension. It is a transparent solid product manufactured in the form of 2-5 mm granules and has high capability of processing. General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) has excellent clarity and gloss.

Characteristics:
Easy flowing material, Weather Resistant, low volatility.

Applications:
General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) is generally used in the manufacturing of the following items:
Hangers, Audio Cassettes, House ware containers, Toys, Cold/Hot drinking cups.

High Impact:

High Impact Polystyrene having good gloss and stress cracking resistant (Refrigeration Grade). High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) - contains rubber (Butadiene) contents of 5 to 10% is particularly useful in the manufacture of parts which require a high degree of impact resistance. HIPS have superior impact resistance property of Butadiene, Rubber but transparency is not better than GPPS.

Characteristics:
Medium impact, standard flow, good gloss, low volatility, stress cracking resistant, injection grade.

Applications:

Moulded parts of Freezers/Deep Freezers.

Sheets and laminations of Freezers/Deep Freezers.


High Density Polyethylene (HDPE):

HDPE INJECTION MOLDING GRADES.

Grades are specifically designed to meet a variety of injection molding, rotational molding, blow molding and film extrusion applications and end-uses.

Characteristics:
Excellent combination of toughness ESCR, top load strength and processability characteristics. Draw down ability, extrudability, strength, stiffness. Excellent flow, high gloss, excellent moldability. Good toughness, excellent balance of properties.

Applications:
Containers for household and chemicals, hollow thin-walled parts, and profile extrusion. Grocery sacks, shopping bags, strong thin films, Pails, shipping containers, and industrial parts. Crates, trays, cases and handling items, Housewares and thin-walled articles, small containers and caps.

Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE):

Applications:
Heavy duty bags, heavy duty shrinks, films, construction films,agricultural films. Medium duty bags, agricultural film, laminating film, shrink film, frozen food packaging. Light produce bags/ textile packaging/ general-purpose bags with good optics/t-shirt carrier bags. Laundry film/ high clarity produce bags/ textile packaging/ high clarity thin film.

Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE):

Excellent low temperature toughness, excellent ESCR, high gloss. Excellent gloss, high flow, high performance in fast molding cycles.

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA):

EVA Copolymers designed for thermoplastic extrusion, film compounds and molding processes and with those intended as components in hot-melt adhesives and wax blending applications.
